Welcome Home - Again!

Frequent readers will recall our posts from our former Expage site, or our more recent effort at Geocities ( http://www.geocities.com/larue463/larue463.html ). Sadly, the days for both have passed. Expage dropped their free web sites, which caused the initial switch. As Geocities was part of Yahoo, it was presumed to be a more permanent location. And it was, until April 2009. At that time we were informed free web hosting was being discontinued, necessitating another move. And here we are!

What can you expect from us? Since the beginning of our web presence, we've tried to provide a twice-monthly newsletter of sorts, listing recent topics and events from meetings, celebrating birthdays and Masonic anniversaries, and noting significant events for the Lodge calendar. We feature links to web sites for the 15th District, Grand Lodge of Ohio, Ohio Masonic Home, and the first 100 years of our individual history. Special communications are shared, along with changes as they impact our membership. In short, if you miss a meeting, we try to fill you in.

What do we expect from you? Feedback and participation pretty well cover it. Tell us how to improve our information sharing techniques. If you were at a meeting and an important item is missing from the notes, remind us. If you have articles or web sites to share, let us know. Our email and mailing addresses are listed. As part of our quality-control process, we welcome your assistance in making this site work for all of us.

When can we expect all this to happen? Soon! Work has already begun to capture information from our former site to bring over. Before our summer recess everything should be in place. Until then, our "Work in Progress" sign will be hanging over the monitor.
